Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is the working voltage of LMI ?

Load Moment Indicators (LMIs) are designed to operate within a range of voltage levels specified by the manufacturer. While it’s common for LMIs to work within the range of 18 volts DC to 48 volts DC, this can vary depending on the specific model and manufacturer.

1: Wire rope load cell

2: Angle sensor

3: A2B limit switch

4: Graphical display

5: Hammer with chain

The warranty for the Load Moment Indicator (LMI) begins from the date of installation and extends for a period of 12 months thereafter. Please note that any damage resulting from causes other than defects in materials or workmanship is not covered under this warranty. It’s essential to adhere to the manufacturer’s installation guidelines and terms to ensure eligibility for warranty coverage.

Our LMI systems are compliant with the ASME-B30.14-2015 standards set by Aramco. This ensures that our systems meet rigorous industry standards for safety, reliability, and performance.

the main use of a load sensor is to measure the weight of the load being lifted by a crane or lifting equipment, ensuring that operators do not exceed the crane’s rated capacity and maintaining safe working conditions.
